About R-Concepts, Inc.
After working in the automation industry for 20 years Raymond A. Sinke founded R-Concepts in 1999 with the idea of providing quality products and services at a cost effective price in an ever changing environment.
R-Concepts achieves this goal by listening to the customer’s needs and then applying sound engineering practices with attention to detail to satisfy those needs.
These sound engineering practices are accomplished by having a diverse range of engineering expertise on staff. The engineering staff is anchored by Raymond A. Sinke – President, Chad A. Sinke – Vice President, and Thomas G. Karr-Engineering Manager.
Ray started out in the electronics industry building and designing circuits. He then moved into other areas of engineering including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls as well as mechanical design. Ray has held positions as a Controls Engineer, Project Manager, Engineering Manager and worked in sales and estimating.
Chad has been working in the manufacturing and testing industry since 1981 for companies like Northern Ampower (NAC), Motorama, Schenck, and DURR. Chad has held positions as a Controls Engineer, Project Engineer, Business Unit Manager, Engineering Manager and R&D Manager, designing and managing systems for production automation, and test equipment. Chad possesses a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and has been named as an inventor on several U.S. patents.
Tom has been in the manufacturing industry since 1985 and has worked as a Controls Engineer designing electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems for industrial process controls, automation, and test equipment. Tom possesses a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Lawrence Technological University.
